Registration and Fees
All fees are for weekend lodging and meals while at camp. All fees are based per person unless otherwise specified. It is recommended that you bring a sleeping bag, blankets and or linens as it can get chilly at night and we do not provide linen service.
If you are part of a group that wish to be together in one cabin, please indicate that under the notes in the section designated "other" by listing cabin mates and name of group. Each attendee in a group should fill out a separate registration form. If you wish to have specific friends on the other side of the cabin please indicate that in the comment section of the registration form. Simply requesting the number of a specific cabin will not ensure that this happens, we need to have specific names of who you want to bunk with.
Children under 6: free
Children 6-12: $75 per child
Adults: 13 and over
Group accommodations in bunks: $125 per person for the weekend
single occupancy - $250 for the weekend
double occupancy - $180 per person for the weekend
Guaranteed semi-private (maximum of 4) $150 per person for the weekend

RVs, Campers and Tents
$115 per person
Hotel or Day Trippers
$100 for those staying for the weekend in local hotels
$30 per day per person for people coming just for the day
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment and signed waivers.

Golf Cart Rental: Golf carts will be available for rental. More information to follow on how to sign up, we will make an announcement on the camp diary blog page. Rental prices will be posted as soon as they are available, If you intend to rent a golf cart for Goldstock please print this Golf Cart Waiver Form, it is required that you read the waiver carefully. Print a copy of the waiver (separate from the registration waiver) and be sure to sign and mail it along with your payment for the cart (separate from your registration payment). We will not tolerate any deviations from the waiver standards or instructions and we reserve the right to revoke your rental if the golf cart instructions on the waiver are not followed. Failure to sign, date and include with your cart payment will result in your order being cancelled.
IF YOU ATTENDED GOLDSTOCK LAST YEAR, YOUR CABIN ASSIGNMENT WILL GENERALLY REMAIN THE SAME, UNLESS YOU WISH A CHANGE. IF YOU DO, PLEASE INDICATE THAT IN THE COMMENT BOX ON THE REGISTRATION FORM AND REMEMBER IF YOU WANT TO HAVE SPECIFIC PEOPLE IN THE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CABIN WITH YOU TO LIST THEM IN THE COMMENT SECTION OF THE REGISTRATION FORM.
IF YOU WERE IN A PRIVATE ROOM LAST YEAR, AND WISH TO BE IN THE SAME LOCATION, PLEASE INDICATE THAT IN THE COMMENT SECTION.
IF YOU ARE A NEW ATTENDEE, AND WISH PRIVATE HOUSING, WE WILL TRY TO HONOR THAT REQUEST, AND WILL NOTIFY YOU IF WE CANNOT.
Private rooms are very limited, and we will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please remember, however, that this is camp, and part of the fun is group living and making new friends. There are hotels in the area for those who prefer them, but most attendees would tell you it’s much more fun to be on campus and not miss any of the action!
RESCUE GROUPS: Each rescue group that attends will have two free registrations. Please have the president of the rescue email the name of the rescue and the names of the attendees to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do ask that rescue reps who want private housingplease pay $50 for a private room, single occupancy, and $35 (pp) for a private room, double occupancy.
